By purchasing a service from ALMA (“we”, “us”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of the Service
ALMA creates personalized written memory stories and books based on the information, responses, audio recordings, photos, and other materials you voluntarily provide through our forms and communication.
2. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and materials you provide.
ALMA is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
3. Delivery

Each package includes one revision.
Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your story and the personal content you provide.
ALMA retains ownership of the book design templates, layout structure, and writing framework.
The final book is intended for personal, family, or gift use only and may not be resold or reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Services begin once payment has been successfully completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
ALMA is not responsible for:

- Digital Memory Book: delivered as a PDF via email
- Printed Memory Book: shipped to the address you provide
- Shared Memory Book: shipped to the address you provide
